Questions

About plans and billing

Twelve months from the day you sign up, not from January. If you join in June, the plan covers you through the following June, so you get every visit on the list rather than a part-season.

No. Start with a single service and see how we work. If you decide to move onto a plan within 7 days of that job, we put a $99 credit toward your membership.

Plans are built around your property, so you only pay for what it actually needs. The three tiers are a starting point, not a fixed menu — we will tell you on site which one fits and what we would change about it.

Billing runs through a secure online system, by card or autopay. You will not be chasing paper invoices or leaving cheques under a mat.

Recurring plans need 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid seasonal work — the snow and the fall and winter bundle — is non-refundable once booked, because your place on the route is held for the season whether or not it is used.

We quote it separately and tell you the price before we do it. Nothing gets added to an invoice you did not agree to first.
