About the fall & winter bundle
A full visit: leaves cleared from lawn, beds and hard surfaces, then hauled away. We time them to how your property actually drops rather than to fixed dates.
Two inches. Once accumulation reaches 2″ we clear your property as part of the bundle — you do not have to call, check in, or ask us to come out. You are on the route for the season, and we work it storm by storm.
The price does not change, and it works much the same way insurance does. We invest in the trucks, the crews and the material before the season starts so that we are ready whether it snows fifty inches or five — that readiness is what you are paying for, and it costs us the same either way. In a quiet winter you will have bought cover you barely needed. In a brutal one you will have been plowed after every storm for the same money. Either way the number never moves: no per-storm invoices and no surge pricing in the middle of February.
Two ways, whichever suits you. Pay upfront in a single payment at $2,699, or spread it across four payments of $756. Paying upfront saves you $325, and that is the only difference between them — the work, the schedule and the cover are identical either way. Nothing is charged until you have had the on-site estimate and approved the number.
Because property size genuinely changes the work. A 40-foot driveway and a 150-foot driveway are not the same winter, and a half acre under leaf cover is not the same as a small back yard. $2,699 is where the bundle starts. We confirm your number on site before anything is booked, and it does not move afterwards.
