When you contact us for a power washing project in Bridgewater or the surrounding areas, you can choose between an in-person or virtual estimate. For in-person estimates, a crew member will visit your property, evaluate the job, and provide pricing on the spot. Soft Washing
We use Sodium Hypochlorite (commonly known as bleach) as the primary solution in our soft-washing process. Mixed at industry-standard ratios, it becomes a powerful yet safe cleaner that removes dirt, grime, and algae effectively. After service, it naturally breaks down into salt and water within 1–2 days, and all plants are pre-wetted to prevent any risk of damage.
For especially stubborn stains, we may use a surfactant during surface cleaning when needed. While stronger than SH, this product is fully biodegradable and environmentally responsible when applied by professionals. To protect surrounding plants and surfaces, we pre-wet the area before application and thoroughly rinse afterward to dilute any remaining residue.

After applying SH to your home, we spend 5–10 minutes on each side thoroughly rinsing the siding to remove any chemical residue. This ensures dirt and algae are fully washed away, helps prevent staining, and dilutes runoff. We also rinse your windows to avoid clouding or marks—leaving them clear and shining.
