Our Story
Apex Exterior Services was founded in 2022 and is based in Somerset County, New Jersey. Formerly operating as Apex Washing alongside sister companies Apex Lawn Care and Apex Snow Removal, the business has since merged all services into one full-service exterior company to better serve residential and commercial clients. Originally started during senior year at Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School, Apex Exterior Services has grown steadily by focusing on reliable communication, high-quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Today, the company offers a wide range of exterior services including power washing, lawn care, snow removal, and general property maintenance. With a commitment to professionalism and dependable service, Apex Exterior Services proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Central New Jersey and looks forward to continuing to grow within the local community.
MEET THE OWNERS
Apex Exterior Services was founded by Chris Geremia and Kenny Benson, whose entrepreneurial journey began during their senior year of high school in 2022. From the start, both owners shared a strong work ethic and a hands-on mindset, learning the business by doing the work themselves and taking pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
What began as small exterior service jobs quickly grew as they expanded their skill sets and service offerings. Through hands-on experience in power washing, lawn care, snow removal, and seasonal property maintenance, Chris and Kenny developed a clear understanding of what homeowners and businesses value most, reliable communication, attention to detail, and a company they can trust year after year.
Rather than limiting the company to a single service, the owners built Apex Exterior Services around an all-in-one model. This approach allows customers to work with one dependable company for all their exterior needs throughout the year, making property maintenance simpler and more efficient.
While continuing to grow the business, both owners also pursued higher education. Chris Geremia attended Rutgers University, bringing a disciplined and forward-thinking perspective to the company, while Kenny Benson attends The College of New Jersey, remaining actively involved in daily operations and customer relations.
